Our Unacceptable Actions Policy aims to give you the right to be heard, understood and respected.
We work hard to be open and accessible however, occasionally, the behaviour and actions of some individuals using our services makes it very difficult for us to work effectively with them.
In a small number of cases the actions become unacceptable because our employees or our processes are abused. When this happens we have to take action to protect our employees.
We consider the impact of the behaviour on our ability to do our work and provide a service to others.
