Please note that this class of repair is intended to deal with genuine emergencies which are likely to cause property damage, injury, or death.  An Emergency Repair is any situation where:

• works are required to make a property safe.
• there is a safety risk to the tenant or other members of the public.
• there is a risk of property damage

All non-emergency repairs should be reported using the online form or by contacting us during normal working hours.

Bogus Callers – Please make sure you check identity cards before you allow any staff into your home, if you are unsure whether they are genuine, ask them to stay outside until you call us to check!
