Our full Management Team consists of an Executive Management Team and Heads of Service.  Our Executive Management Team comprises the Chief Executive and four Departmental Directors.  In addition to the departmental contribution and responsibilities, the Executive Management Team each have the following corporate responsibilities:

• To be an active and effective member of the Executive Management Team, liaising with the Chief Executive and other Directors on all matters of corporate management, governance and the development of the Association’s objectives and activities.
• To participate in the compilation of the annual Corporate and Business Plans, setting and monitoring departmental objectives as appropriate.
