Project Details

A total of 13 energy efficient new homes were completed in March 2020 in Kingdoms first development in the picturesque Perthshire village of Auchterarder, just 10 minutes from the world famous golf course, Gleneagles

This 2nd phase of 14 new homes completed in March 2021 as the affordable element of the larger private site developed by Muir Homes.

Along with terraced general needs houses, amenity bungalows were also provided.  The new homes provide residents with energy efficient homes which meet Housing for Varying Needs, the Association’s own design standards and achieved Secured by Design ‘Bronze with Silver Levels 1 & 2’ accreditation through the installation of Photovoltaic Panels on all properties.

These properties are owned by Kingdom Housing Association and are allocated and managed by Fairfield Housing Association.

Applicants for the social rent properties are selected through nominations from Perth & Kinross Council. If you are interested, please make sure you are on Perth & Kinross Council’s housing list and that you have chosen to be nominated to other Housing Associations.
