Sauchie is set in the foothills of the Ochils with good transport links via Alloa bus/train station which are approx 5 minutes from the new homes and access to the M9 approx 15 minutes.

The local amenities include primary school, variety of retailers, golf club and Gartmore Dam Country Park.

The new homes were completed September 2019.
