The first phase of the project went on site in May 2017 and was completed in March 2019. Phase 2 started on site in March 2020 with Campion returning to site in June 2020 after a lengthy delay due to Covid-19 restrictions. All properties in the second phase were completed in April 2022.
The second phase of the project provided 61 homes for Social Rent in addition to the 53 provided in the first phase.
The units have been retained by Kingdom Housing who are responsible for management and maintenance.
The design complies with Housing for Varying Needs, Secured by Design and KHA’s Design Standards. The properties in Phase 1 have achieved the Building Control’s Full Silver Sustainability Standard Specification, while the Phase 2 properties have achieved Full Bronze and Silver Aspects 1 & 2.
