Built in the 1950/60’s, Fraser Avenue was a resident street in Inverkeithing which consisted mainly of 3-storey common access flats. Due to low demand and high turnover the decision was made to demolish the existing flats in three phases, replacing these with new high quality and sustainable affordable housing.

Kingdom Housing Association was selected as the RSL partner to develop the regeneration proposals and build, whilst also owning and managing the new housing following their construction.
