The second phase of the regeneration project provided 61 new homes for social rent.

Prior to the planning application being submitted a community consultation event was held on 11 December 2017 to give local residents the chance to view the proposed plans and add their comments to them. A second community consultation event was held on 26 March 2018 to ask the local community what they would like to see provided in the open landscaped and play areas

The corona virus pandemic delayed the second phase of the project which started on site in March 2020, however Campion returned to site on the 29th June 2020.

29 properties were handed over in November 2021, while the remaining 32 units were completed in April 2022. The housing mix was agreed by Kingdom and Fife Council and is in line with the returning tenants’ housing needs and the Fife Housing Register housing list for the area.
