We have been an active developing housing association for over 30 years, delivering high‑quality homes for social rent, mid‑market rent and low‑cost home ownership.

Our 2025/26 development programme concluded with:

• 341 new homes started on site, and
• 213 new homes completed

All homes we develop meet Housing for Varying Needs (HFVN) standards and achieve Secured by Design accreditation

Around 20% of our new homes are specifically designed to meet particular or specialist housing needs.

Sustainability and Innovation

Sustainability and innovation are central to our development work. All new homes are highly energy‑efficient, and we have pioneered the use of:

• Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)
• Renewable technologies
• Other innovative design and build solutions

These approaches help us deliver homes that are comfortable, affordable to run and future‑proofed.

Where We Build

Our development activity is focused across East Central Scotland, including:

• Fife
• Falkirk
• Perth and Kinross
• Clackmannanshire
