We have been an active developing housing association for over 30 years, building homes for social rent, mid market rent and low cost home ownership.

Our programme for 2023/24 concluded with 377 new homes as site starts and 367 new home completions, details are provided via our Current / Planned Projects page.

All projects developed meet Housing for Varying Needs Standards and achieve Secured by Design Accreditation. Around 20% of homes are developed for particular needs housing.

The inclusion of sustainable and innovative features is a key priority for our development work.  All properties developed are highly energy-efficient and we have pioneered the use of new modern methods of construction, renewables and other innovative features.

Our development activity takes place across East Central Scotland including Fife, Falkirk, Perth and Kinross and Clackmannanshire.  We seek good sites in these areas to sustain our build programme.
