Fraser Avenue Regeneration

Fraser Avenue is a residential street in Inverkeithing that consists of 3-storey common access flats built in the 1950-60s.  The street is mostly residential accommodation available to rent from Fife Council.  It has suffered from low demand and high turnover for many years.

Fife Council has taken the decision to demolish all properties and for replacement new build affordable housing to be provided by Kingdom Housing Association.  The project will require the demolition of all properties on Fraser Avenue and one block of flats on Gray Place.

This page provides you with information on the regeneration work.  It will be updated and developed as the project progresses.
