Emergency repairs are for genuine emergencies that could cause serious harm.
We treat a repair as an emergency if:
We need to make your home safe.
There is a risk to your safety or the safety of others.
There is a risk of serious damage to your home.
If you think your repair is an emergency, please contact us straight away.
New build homes under one year old
If your home is less than one year old, please check the Guide to Your New Home we emailed to you before you moved in. This guide explains how to report any defects.
You can also find a paper copy in your home.
All non-emergency repairs should be reported using the online form or by contacting us during normal working hours.
Bogus Callers – Please make sure you check identity cards before you allow any staff into your home. If you are unsure whether they are genuine, ask them to stay outside until you call us to check.
