This is our second phase on this site, which is located on the northern boundary of the village of Dunipace, a few miles from Stirling and close to the refurbished town of Denny.
The project started on site in January 2026 and will provide 13 new homes for Social Rent. This is the affordable housing element of the larger private development that was taken forward by Ogilvie Homes.
The development will be a mix of two, three & four bedroom houses, including 1 x wheelchair and 1 x amenity standard bungalows.
The units are owned, managed and maintained by Kingdom Housing Association.
The properties have been designed to meet Housing for Varying Needs, Secured by Design, KHA’s Design Standard and the Scottish Government’s Greener Standards Specification.
