Project Details

Our first development in this area provided 50 new homes including a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom properties.

The first 14 new homes were completed in May 2019, 12 were completed in August 2019 and the final 24 were completed in January 2020.

This development achieved Building Controls ‘Silver Active’ level of sustainability through the installation of a Waste Water Heat Recovery system.

Secured by Design Gold certification was also achieved.
