Project Details
A total of 14 energy efficient new homes have been provided at this second phase of development at Broich Road, Crieff, where 20 new homes were completed as part of the first phase in October 2022.
The new homes have contributed to the Affordable Housing Provision for the larger private site being developed by Ogilvie Homes. There is a mix of house types to cater for the local community’s needs, including amenity housing and larger family homes.
All of the properties have been designed to meet Housing for Varying Needs, Kingdom’s own Design Standards and have also achieved Building Controls Full Silver Standard of sustainability.

Applicants for these social rent properties are selected through nominations from Perth & Kinross Council. If you are interested, please make sure you are on Perth & Kinross Council’s housing list and that you have chosen to be nominated to other Housing Associations.
