A total of 20 energy efficient new homes were provided at this development, south of Broich Road in the historic market town of Crieff.

The new homes contributed to the Affordable Housing Provision for the larger private site being developed by Ogilvie Homes.  There is a mix of house types to cater for the local community’s needs, including a selection of amenity housing, larger homes and a wheelchair accessible property.

All of the properties were designed to meet Housing For Varying Needs, Kingdoms own Design Standards and also achieved Building Controls Full Silver Standard of sustainability through the installation of Photovoltaic  Panels, Waste Water Heat Recovery Systems and increased levels of insulation.
