Project Details

These units were the affordable element of Phase 4 of the Lochay Homes development at Harbour View, Alloa. The site is located on the southern edge of Alloa, close to the River Forth and around 0.5 miles from the town centre.

The first phase of the development was completed in March 2019 and provides 28 new homes. The second phase was completed in July 2019 and provides 18 new homes for affordable Social Rent – 46 units altogether. The units are retained by Kingdom HA who are responsible for management and maintenance of these.

The design complies with Housing for Varying Needs, Secured by Design and KHA’s Design Standards.
