Project Details
A total of 10 energy efficient new homes were completed in September 2019 at Kingdoms development in the Clackmannanshire town of Sauchie, situated just to the south of the Ochil Hills.
This 2nd phase of 24 new homes completed the affordable element of the larger private site developed by Benmore Homes.
Two and three bedroom terraced houses were developed to provide residents with energy efficient homes which meet Housing for Varying Needs, the Association’s own design standards and achieved Secured by Design ‘Bronze Active’ (with Silver Levels 1 & 2) accreditation through the installation of Photovoltaic Panels on all properties.
