This project was an off the shelf acquisition being developed by Barratt Homes which provided 21 new homes for Social Rent.
This was the second phase of affordable housing for Kingdom Housing Association provided within Barratt’s ‘The Heathers’ development.
The first phase provided 29 new homes for Social Rent at ‘Lynebank’ which was completed in March 2019.
