Project Details

This was Kingdoms first development in the town of Kinghorn, where Fife Council planning policy required the delivery of on-site affordable housing by Lovells as part of granting approval for their plans to build housing for sale.

The 10 new properties for Social Rent provided residents with an energy efficient home which also met Housing for Varying Needs, Secured by Design and the Associations own design standards.

Kinghorn is located centrally with good transport links and related services within the town. The local amenities include a primary school, surgery, lovely beaches, access to the Fife Coastal Path and a variety of unique retailers on the main thoroughfare.

The first 8 houses were completed in August 2019 with the final 2 wheelchair properties completed November 2019.
