Project Details
The site is located on the northern boundary of the village of Dunipace, a few miles from Stirling and close to the refurbished town of Denny.
The project started on site in October 2019 and provided 16 new homes for Social Rent. It was the affordable housing element of the larger private development that was taken forward by Ogilvie Homes. The properties were completed in July 2021.
The development provided a mix of two and three bedroom houses & one and two bedroom cottage flats.
The units are owned, managed and maintained by Kingdom Housing Association.
The properties have been designed to meet Housing for Varying Needs, Secured by Design, KHA’s Design Standard and the Scottish Government’s Greener Standards Specification.
