The mission of The Kingdom Group is to provide ‘More Than A Home’. Kingdom Support & Care (KSC) supports this mission by providing a full range of care and support services to over 300 people throughout Fife and the Forth Valley, helping them live independently in the community.

We are now looking for inspirational people to join our non-executive Board of Directors at KSC to help shape the future of the organisation and the services we offer. 

We currently have six Directors on the Board and are looking to complement our existing skills set to ensure well-rounded Board oversight. We are particularly interested in applicants with HR or strategic management experience in the care sector.   We would also be keen to hear from you if you are a family member of an individual who receives support from us.

As a Director on the Board, you’ll play a key role in helping Kingdom Support & Care to achieve its goals while contributing to the wider Kingdom Group objectives. You’ll also have the opportunity to build on your existing professional experience, develop new skills, expand your knowledge and grow your network.

Although some specific skills have been identified, as an Equality Pathfinders accredited organisation, The Kingdom Group actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion and as such we welcome all applications.

Candidates will be able to commit to quarterly Board meetings which are normally held on a Thursday between 3pm-5pm.  Positions on our Board are voluntary, but travel and other reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
