The Kingdom Group consists of Kingdom Housing Association, Kingdom Support & Care and Kingdom Initiatives who, together, provide housing and support throughout East Central Scotland.
The organisation is going through an exciting period of change in which we’re modernising our people practices and embarking on a culture change programme both of which will have a strong focus on learning and development.
We’re looking for an experienced L&D practitioner to play a key role with us on that journey and beyond.
You will work with our senior management team and line managers to help them identify our people’s existing and future development needs and to design strategies to meet them. You will also lead on the procurement of development interventions from the marketplace ensuring we implement impactful and value-for-money solutions.
To be successful in the role, you’ll need to be adept at project management, relationship management and coaching as well as having a solid L&D background. We’re looking for someone who can evidence they are a pragmatic, effective, business-focussed L&D practitioner.
Although this post is based in our Glenrothes office you may also be required to work in any of our other offices according to the needs of the service.
