Regeneration Area Transformed

Kingdom Housing Association has completed its latest affordable housing project at Denfield Place, formerly know as Wright Place, Kirkcaldy. The redevelopment involved the demolition of the former Council’s flats and the project is part of an ongoing Estate Regeneration Programme in Fife.

Armed forces Properties

Former Ministry of Defence (MOD) houses are helping ease affordable housing pressures in Fife, it was revealed today. In Leuchars, Communities Minister Stewart Maxwell welcomed Kingdom Housing Association's recent purchase of 27 properties for affordable rent.
