As Interim Director, Tricia has overall responsibility for the delivery of life-changing support services across Fife and the Forth Valley. Currently, Kingdom Support & Care provides person-centred support and care to over 350 people, delivering over 8,000 hours of support every week. Tricia brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience, with expertise in Human Resources and practice as a Cognitive Behaviour practitioner.
