Matthew has a BA(Hons) in Business, a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Matthew has worked in Housing Management since 2003.
As Neighbourhood Director, Matthew is responsible for the operational management and development of Neighbourhood Services including access to housing, income management, our customer contact team, tenancy support services and customer experience.
