Mark currently works for the Scottish Futures Trust, working primarily on innovative financing (such as hub and NPD procurement vehicles) and digital projects, working with both Scotland’s private and public sectors to secure additional investment in public infrastructure.
Mark has an interest in alternative structures and forms for delivery of infrastructure investment, including Mid Market Rent and other types of structures that will increase the supply of good quality affordable housing.
