I'm a solicitor with a law degree and a master's in construction law, and I've spent my career advising on legal and commercial matters across local government, central government, and the private sector.

Growing up, my family benefited from good quality social housing, so I know first-hand how transformative a safe, secure home can be.

What I bring to the Board is a unique perspective shaped by years of working across sectors to deliver public infrastructure, navigating competing interests to achieve outcomes that benefit communities.

I’m proud of the growth we achieved at KI during my time as chair, particularly in promoting mid-market rent as a viable alternative tenure for affordable housing. One of the highlights was delivering The Grange joint venture with the University of St Andrews.

Over the next few years, I hope to support Kingdom in expanding the supply of affordable housing across Fife, Perthshire, and Clackmannanshire. I’m passionate about ensuring everyone has access to a home and the opportunity to pursue education or employment.

Something people might not know about me, I once appeared in the Scotsman and the Daily Record for sporting success!
