Loretta Mordi

KHA Board Member and KI Director Joined Dec 2007

I have a professional background in strategic management, planning and development, with extensive experience in project management and cross cutting policy areas.

I am deeply committed to advancing affordable housing and tackling homelessness in Fife and beyond. My personal journey began as a shared owner with Kingdom Housing Association, which provided stability for my family and gave me first-hand insight into housing challenges. This experience motivates my work as a long standing member of the KHA Board, where I help drive the organisation’s mission to deliver high quality affordable homes and create communities that offer “More than a Home”.

Since joining the Board in 2008, I have contributed to shaping the organisation’s vision, strategy, and governance. I currently serve as Chair of the Customer Services Committee, am a member of the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee and the Kingdom Initiative Board. I bring strong organisational, communication, listening and facilitation skills, alongside leadership, advocacy, and project development expertise.

I also serve on the Kingdom Initiatives Ltd Board of Directors.
