Leigh leads a team of four specialist Directors across Kingdom’s Finance, Governance & Communications, Digital, and People & Business Services functions. Leigh works closely with other colleagues in the senior management team to deliver Kingdom’s vision, mission and strategic objectives.
As a chartered accountant, Leigh has significant strategic finance skills and expertise, as well as a breadth of senior management experience across a range of other disciplines including strategy development, change management and governance.
In addition to his knowledge and experience of the sector, Leigh's prior career has been spent in a range of senior management positions within the financial services sector. These include significant change management, the development of business strategy and partnerships, and maintaining focus on financial and operational efficiency.
