I am an employment lawyer with Addleshaw Goddard and recognised by the Law Society of Scotland as an Accredited Specialist in employment law. I am an experienced lawyer with a background in working on Employment Tribunal claims for both employees and employers, as well as working on TUPE, workforce restructuring, discrimination, severance negotiations, settlement agreements and restrictive covenants.
I was previously a lecturer in Equality and Discrimination Law at Robert Gordon University, and a volunteer with Career Ready, a national social mobility charity which aims to support young people to kickstart their futures.
