I joined the Kingdom Support & Care Board because I wanted to be part of an organisation that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. As a business analyst, I enjoy solving problems and improving processes, especially when that leads to better outcomes for others. Their focus on dignity, independence and strong communities really aligns with my own values of promoting inclusion and dignity, making sure everyone has the support they need to live independently and feel valued.
I bring a business analyst’s eye for data and process improvement, and I’m committed to making sure the voices of staff and service users are reflected in the decisions we make, combining strategy with a people-first perspective.
One of the things I’m most proud of is being accepted to provide pastoral care for international care workers who are new to the country. It’s a small way to help people feel supported and welcomed. When our teams feel appreciated, they’re able to give their best to those we support.
In the coming years, I want to help Kingdom Support & Care enhance its impact by using data to improve the quality of care, supporting innovation so staff can focus more on people than paperwork and helping build a sustainable future through strong governance, staff development and community engagement.
