I have over 30 years of senior leadership experience in Learning & Development, Strategic HR, and Governance, including time in a FTSE100 company and board roles in housing and care. My focus has always been on aligning HR strategy with business goals, promoting inclusive leadership, and making ethical, people-first decisions.
I joined the board of Kingdom Housing Association because I believe in fairness, dignity, and sustainable housing. I’m passionate about amplifying customer voices and ensuring our governance reflects the realities of those we serve.
Over the next few years, I want to help embed inclusive governance, strengthen community impact, and support sustainable housing solutions. I care deeply about housing affordability, healthcare pressures, and the cost of living. These are the issues that directly affect our mission of providing more than a home.
At 16, I completed a triathlon for Save the Children and received an award from Princess Anne, and today I carry with me the All-Blacks mantra “Sweep the sheds”. It’s a reminder that no one is above the team.
