Andrew joined Kingdom in June 2015 with experience in a variety of HR roles with Fife Council and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, former Chair of the Mid-Scotland CIPD Branch and currently a member of the Developing Young Workforce (Fife) Board.
