I bring over 20 years of financial experience to my role on the KI Board, gained across all sectors and organisational levels. Finance is my professional background, and financial governance is a professional passion of mine, as well as innovative ideas for income diversification and cost management.
I’m dedicated to supporting our young people through all aspects of their development, wellbeing and safety, of which suitable housing is a core requirement. Our young people are our future and I'm invested in positively influencing whatever I can in their best interests.
As well as sitting on the KI board, I'm the Chair of my village's Parent Council and run a community larder, all with the underlying purpose of supporting our local young people.
I live by this quote from Warren Buffett: "It's better to hang out with people better than you. Pick out associates whose behaviour is better than yours and you'll drift in that direction."
