Project Details

This project is a joint partnership between Kingdom Housing and Fife Council. KHA will own and manage 13 homes for social rent. Fife Council will own 10 homes for social rent plus one ground floor commercial unit. The properties will be designed to meet Housing for Varying Needs, Secured by Design and the Building Control’s Silver level of Sustainability.
