New City House is located in the city of Dunfermline. The site was previously occupied by a hospital, originally constructed approx 1895. Part of the site was redeveloped into modern office accommodation in 2004 and the building was purchased by Kingdom Housing Association in February 2024. The office block has been converted into 32 units for mid market rent in partnership with Campion Homes. The project provided a mix of 32 highly energy efficient 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
