A total of 45 energy efficient new homes were provided at this development on the north east edge of Auchterderran, which forms part of the wider community of Cardenden.

This mix of bungalows, houses and cottage flats provided residents with energy efficient homes which meet Housing for Varying Needs, the Association’s own design standards and Secured by Design accreditation.

All of the properties also achieved Building Controls Full Bronze with Silver Levels 1 & 2 standard of sustainability through the installation of Photovoltaic Panels, Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation System and increased levels of insulation.
