Project Details
This development was our second phase of affordable housing at Main Street Torryburn, having provided 8 new homes for Social Rent back in 2019.
This phase provided a further 4 highly energy efficient properties for Social Rent. Driven by our ambition to implement modern methods of construction, an innovative form of off-site construction was used to construct these homes. Comprising both general needs and amenity standard properties, the new homes were designed to meet Housing for Varying Needs, Secured by Design, KHA’s Design Standards, and also produce net-zero carbon emissions.
