This was our 4th housing project in the town of Newburgh where we have had a presence since 1990.
The new 1,2 & 3 bedroomed homes were both affordable and off a high quality.
Newburgh is a rural setting overlooking the River Tay with good transport links via the A92 and M90 both of which are approx 15 minutes drive from the town. The local amenities include a primary school, surgery, churches, sailing club, access to the Fife Coastal Path and a variety of retailers on the main thoroughfare.
22 of the new homes were completed at the end of January 2020 with the remaining 18 completed in February 2020.
