Kingdom’s Support and Care Services are highly delighted with the positive outcome of their recent satisfaction survey with an amazing overall satisfaction level of 94% for supported individuals and 83% for families. Thank you to all who took the time to complete our survey.
Commissioned by Norah Smith, Director of Housing & Care, the survey was carried out during the summer months by Research Resource, an independent market research company based in Glasgow.
Research Resource initially worked with key members of the support and care team to develop 2 survey questionnaires each specifically designed to capture the views of those who use the support and care services and their family members. Each questionnaire covered key areas around the quality of staffing, service provision and communication.
Committed to continuous service development, this opportunity was also utilised to gain an insight into how services can be improved by simply asking the question “What can we do better……?”. From the valued information received an action plan will be implemented to consider suggestions made.
Norah said “I am thrilled with the high levels of satisfaction from both supported individual and their families. These results demonstrate the commitment and dedication of the staff teams and I would like to thank you to all who have participated and who will continue to contribute to the provision of quality services.”
