Kingdom Support & Care is delighted to welcome Rachel Doyle as its new Director, bringing a warm, people-focused leadership style and more than 25 years’ experience across the public, private and regulatory sectors.
In her new role, Rachel will lead operations at Kingdom Support & Care, helping to strengthen the organisation’s commitment to compassionate, high‑quality services that put people at the heart of everything it does.
Reflecting on her appointment, Rachel said, “I’m thrilled to join Kingdom Support & Care. Person‑centred support is something I care deeply about, and I’m looking forward to working alongside colleagues and partners to ensure people across Fife and the Forth Valley region receive exceptional care that helps them live well, confidently, and independently.”
Rachel joins Kingdom Support & Care from the Scottish charity Enable, where she has served as Head of Health and Safety since February 2026, leading the strategic vision for health, safety, estates and compliance across a large, person-centred social care organisation. She is also a qualified social care practitioner.
Before this, she was Owner and Director of Home Instead West Fife, where she championed relationship‑led care, rooted in dignity and compassion. Under her leadership, the service achieved a Care Inspectorate rating of 6 (Excellent) in August 2025, the highest rating available.
Rachel is an active contributor to her local community. She joined the Carnegie Dunfermline and Hero Fund Trusts as a Trustee in 2021 and also serves as a Trustee for Carnegie UK Trust and Lar Housing Trust, supporting organisations that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. Her earlier career includes serving as Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing at the University of Strathclyde, and she achieved an MBA with distinction in 2022.
