 Please note that this class of repair is intended to deal with genuine emergencies which are likely to cause property damage, injury, or death.  An Emergency Repair is any situation where:

• works are required to make a property safe.
• there is a safety risk to the tenant or other members of the public.
• there is a risk of property damage

Customers in New Build properties under 1 year will be contacted directly to confirm the arrangements for reporting any Emergency Defects on 8th May.
