Across the Kingdom Group, we are deeply saddened at the death of Her Majesty the Queen. For more than seven decades Her Majesty dedicated her life to public service. Her sense of duty to others is an inspiration to us all.

The Queen’s state funeral will be on 19 September and this will be a day of national mourning. The service will be televised, with a national two minutes of silence held.

As a mark of respect, our offices will be closed on Monday 19 September.

Please note that this class of repair is intended to deal with genuine emergencies which are likely to cause property damage, injury, or death.  An Emergency Repair is any situation where:

• there is a safety risk to the tenant or other members of the public.
• there is a risk of property damage
