Kingdom Housing Association’s Tenancy Support Services (TSS) team have scooped the Housing Team of the Year at the annual Share Awards.
Now in their second year, the awards recognise the hard work and achievements of teams and individuals from across the housing sector.
The sell-out night in Glasgow brought together housing professionals from across Scotland to celebrate key achievements from the past 12 months.
The Housing Team of the Year award adds to an incredible year for Kingdom’s Tenancy Support Services.
In 2025, the team helped tenants across four local authorities access over £1.3 million in financial gains through a person-centred approach. Combining a Team Leader, seven Tenancy Support Officers, and a Resilience Outreach Worker from Change Mental Health, the team worked together to help tenants sustain their homes, manage financial pressures and access support at critical times.
The results were testament to the team’s dedication, but also reflected a new way of working for all involved. A redesigned service model meant faster, more consistent and better targeted support that was area based, included a triage system, streamlined referral path and allowed for early intervention.
With the innovative partnership between Kingdom and Change Mental Health, which is already expanding to include another Resilience Outreach Worker, the team can offer wraparound care and continue to fulfil Kingdom’s mission of providing more than a home.
TSS Team Leader Abi Fox-Donnelly said: “We’re ecstatic to win Share’s Housing Team of the Year. Since becoming the Team Leader in 2025, I’m impressed every day by the difference the team makes to individuals and their families. We’re strong when we work together, and we always put people at the centre of everything we do.
“We’ll continue to celebrate every outcome, big or small, and to focus on what our tenants really need and want from us amidst the Cost-of-Living crisis. I am so proud of the team and to work for an organisation that truly values support services and the importance of tenancy sustainment.”
