Kingdom Group’s Big Day Out returned this year with a free family trip to Conifox Adventure Park, giving customers a day out without the usual price tag.
115 guests from across Fife, Perth and East Central Scotland made the trip to one of Scotland’s largest family visitor attractions. The go-karts were a clear favourite, alongside the indoor soft play area, giant jump pillow and outdoor adventure park.
Days like this are a cornerstone of the Group’s customer engagement strategy and give customers the opportunity to speak to a broad range of staff from across the Kingdom Group in a relaxed and informal setting.
Amber Lee, Kingdom’s Customer Experience Team Leader, said, “We were delighted that so many people were able to join us for the Big Day Out. Events like these help us develop strong and meaningful relationships and are a chance for customers to access support services outside a formal setting.”
Ric Barnett, part of Kingdom’s Neighbourhood Management Team, added, “Events like the Big Day Out matter more than ever during the cost of living crisis. Not all families are in a position to budget for days out like this and I’m proud that Kingdom is able to offer ongoing help and advice as we pursue our mission to provide more than a home.”
A survey after the event found that every customer who responded was satisfied with the day. Families praised the venue and Kingdom’s staff, with one customer saying the kids “didn’t want to leave”, and another describing the Kingdom team as “friendly, helpful and approachable.”
