Kingdom Housing Association has been shortlisted in two categories at this year’s Scottish Home Awards, which celebrate excellence in the delivery of housing across the country.
Our Kinross Road development in Leslie, delivered in partnership with Campion Homes, has been named a finalist in the Social Housing Development of the Year (under 100 units) category. Also a finalist in that category is Viewforth, Kirkcaldy, in partnership with Whiteburn Projects Ltd.
We’re equally delighted that our Bertha Park development has been shortlisted in the Social Housing Development of the Year (over 100 units) category.
These nominations reflect the commitment of our teams and development partners to providing high-quality, affordable homes that meet the needs of individuals and communities.
