We’re delighted to announce that our Tenancy Support Services Team has been shortlisted for the Housing Team of the Year Award, a recognition that reflects an outstanding year of impact, innovation and genuine care for the people we serve.

In 2025, the team supported over 1,130 households across Fife, Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Perth & Kinross, helping tenants access more than £1.3 million in financial gains. That represents a 45% increase on 2024, achieved through benefit entitlement checks, backdated claims, debt reduction, grant applications and energy assistance.

The team, made up of seven Tenancy Support Officers, a Team Leader and a Resilience Outreach Worker from our partners at Change Mental Health, also redesigned the way they work, introducing a triage system, early-intervention framework and more joined-up referral pathways to get support to tenants faster.

Their work goes beyond figures. When a 16 year-old faced losing his home after the death of his father, the team worked quickly to find. sustainable solution, navigating legal processes, arranging practical support and helping the family access over £11,000 in financial assistance they hadn’t previously been able to claim.

That dedication, human, practical and determined, is what this shortlisting represents.
