AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPOSAL FOR PITSCOTTIE ROAD, CUPAR  

Kingdom Housing Association has applied for planning permission in principle to build up to 49 affordable homes at Pitscottie Road, east of Tarvit Drive, on the site plan shown . We seek to address the various and growing housing needs in the area, and are speaking to the Vivarium Trust regarding the possibility of incorporating a co-housing project. If approved in principle, we will come forward with detailed proposals in 2015 for further consideration.

A public consultation event will be held in Cupar Corn Exchange on Tuesday, 25 November from 3.00 – 7.00 pm. Please come along to meet Kingdom and Vivarium representatives, to find out more, and to discuss the proposed project.
