Kingdom Housing Association has partnered with the Scottish Government and SCVO to help eligible households get online for free.
If you find it hard to use a computer, or if you don’t have access to the internet, we want to hear from you.
We can provide all of the equipment needed, including a connection to the internet, for you to get online and we can provide help, support and advice on how to use the equipment if you need it too.
Devices are available to any household on a low income who face digital barriers, as long as you meet one of the below criteria:
- Be part of a low-income family
- Be a young person leaving care
- Be over 70 years of age
- Be in the extremely high vulnerability group (shielding) or at higher risk of severe illness were they to contract coronavirus
If you are eligible, we will give you all the equipment you need to get started, as well as, the skills and support you need to get active online.
If you’d like to find out more about the Connecting Scotland programme or think you, or someone you know, may be eligible, get in touch with your Housing Officer or call us.
