At Kingdom our mission is to provide More Than A Home.
To help us achieve our goals and build on over four decades of success, we’re looking for inspirational non-executive Board members who can bring their knowledge, experience and creativity to our Boards across the Kingdom Group.
We’re recruiting now to all of our Boards: Kingdom Housing Association, providing affordable housing for social rent to meet a wide range of needs; Kingdom Initiatives, our non-charitable subsidiary delivering affordable property for mid market rent and developing commercial projects; and Kingdom Support and Care, providing a full range of care and support services to help people live independently in the community.
The Kingdom Housing Association and Kingdom Initiatives Boards are particularly interested in applicants with digital, legal, construction, or design backgrounds.
The Kingdom Initiatives Board is also looking to attract additional applicants with an interest and experience in the private rented sector, finance, maintenance or partnership working. An application from a mid market rented tenant with the identified skills would be particularly welcomed.
In addition to digital and legal experience, Kingdom Support and Care would be keen to attract applications from people with financial experience and skills and interests in the health and social care sector, funding and training.
Although some specific skills have been identified, as an Equality Pathfinders accredited organisation, The Kingdom Group actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion and as such we welcome all applications.
As a Board member, you’ll play a key role in helping our individual companies achieve their strategic goals while contributing to the wider Group objectives. You’ll also have the opportunity to build on your existing professional experience, develop new skills, expand your knowledge and grow your network.
Candidates should be able to commit to regular involvement and understand that these positions are voluntary.
If you’d like to find out more, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us.
