Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland.

Our Electricians work as part of Asset Management’s in-house maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance work in our properties.

You must be a qualified or approved electrician, ideally with several years experience in a maintenance environment. You should be able to carry out periodic inspections, repairs and alterations to our housing stock and offices.  You will be required to participate in the out of hours emergency on call rota for which additional payments will be made.

A van will be provided for work therefore a current driving licence is essential.  You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach as you will be required to participate in the out of hours emergency call rota. You should also be able to work well both on your own and as part of a team of multi skilled operatives.

Whilst our Depot is based in Glenrothes, you will be expected to work at/from any of our properties or staff bases throughout East Central Scotland. Prior to starting with us, you will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Disclosure Scotland Check.
